  • Developed product potential models for twelve strategic products for a major financial institution. Scored all customer households and developed programs to append scores to the institution's customer information file.

  • Created market segmentation model for off road vehicles based on multiple market surveys. Produced market position maps for the manufacturer and its competition. Identified critical factors distinguishing market segments.

  • Developed retail utilization segments to allow a major metropolitan newspaper to help its advertisers target their marketing efforts. Segments were correlated with store usage and customer psychographics to create marketing profiles.

  • For a major airline, produced multi-variable attribute models of customers' perceptions of the company and its competitors. Developed graphic presentations to highlight similarities and differences with competitors.

  • For a national specialty retailer, produced attribute scales characterizing customers' shopping attitudes and life-style attributes. Produced a series of maps discriminating frequent shoppers from other potential customer groups.

  • For a major food products company, developed attitudinal profiles of management employees related to EEOC performance. Identified potential problem areas for the company.
